Steel Forest is a speculative vertical city generated from biological systems of symbiosis and flow. Drawing from coral morphology and microbial growth, the project develops a porous lattice structure through algorithmic scripting and environmental mapping.
Using the Millipede plugin, the architecture evolves as a spatial organism—calculating optimal transportation lines, social clustering, and connective networks across layers. The design proposes an urban utopia for low-end globalization: a high-density, self-organized habitat where architecture adapts to the needs, beliefs, and desires of its diverse inhabitants.
Steel Forest reimagines architecture as both infrastructure and ecosystem—one that breathes, grows, and coexists.
